100-140g protein is super interesting, I'm trying to substitute protein powder with about 100g nuts/day. It's so frustrating trying to bodybuild when everything I eat seems to be an acne trigger on paper, even if I eat ridiculously clean

How exactly are you able to limit your intake of protein to 100 g., and still maintain your bodyweight?. I weigh close to 72 kg. and have tried to limit my protein intake, but it has been very hard for me to limit it to more than 85-90 g. of protein a day.
A typical day of eating consisting of: 100 g. of oats + 150 g. of chickpeas + 150 g. lentils + 70 g. of nuts and seeds + a shitload of vegetables and a few pieces of fruit gives me 85 g. of protein but only close to 2000 calories

Honestly.. my acne clears up when I control my blood sugar levels by limiting carbs, including complex carbs, but eating enough fat to mantain hormonal homeostasis. For me, paleo is way to go.

Fats… meats… not much dairy… coffee… green tea to help flush out "stuff"… eggs… "Sinigang" <a Filipino cuisine>… "Adobo" <a Filipino cuisine>… fried foods… water… [beer… alcohol, on occasions] all of which I either take too much or enough… I breakout like every now and then… I do have the same condition as you but I have hyper pigmentation. I want to know how you erase most of your hyper pigmentation??

Meanwhile, all these videos appear from the Far East featuring people with severe acne seeing doctors and estheticians, and their diet is largely vegetable… Speaking of vegetable – have you ever considered a henna for your hair? You might like it.

I remember that my acne use to be really bad. After I’ve watched some of your videos I decided to cut out dairy and sugar. I still have acne, but my face is 10 times more clear than it was a year ago and before I changed my diet. Thanks Brian!

Hey Brian, I’m leaving to basic training for the Air Force September 25th, and as of right now I’m taking Antibiotics for my cystic acne. My face is clear right now but if I stop taking the antibiotics and stop applying the epiduo forte my acne will flare up. Did your acne stop flaring up because you grew out of it or because of your diet ?
